Your Day of Visitation  -14/12/2008

Your Day of Visitation

Luke 8:22

It is right to serve at all times, not when we are expectant. As we remain steadfast, our day of visitation shall come. The man lived and dwelled among the tombs. He maintained his duty-post. He kept his place. Mark 5: 2 – 5. His day of visitation came and he was not somewhere else. He was there present. That was the day Jesus decided to launch forth unto that part. Luke 8:22

How would the day be like?

1)      Your day of visitation would be like any other day. Matthew 24: 37 – 39

2)      No prior notice 1 Thess. 5: 1 – 3, If we knew, it would not be fair on the diligent, true labourers and wholly obedient.  Luke 12:39

3)      If you are not at your duty post, you will miss it –Luke 13:25

4)      But, if you are found there, your life must change. Mark 5:15; Matt. 24: 46 – 47.

Finally

Continue in your good works, because it is good in God’s sight. Your day will come, though you don’t know when. Do not slip. Matt 24: 45 - 51
